Play set dispute causes heartburn

From the story:

Dr. Jeffery Marcus, a father of three spent about $3,600 for a top-of-the-line wooden play set, complete with a fort and sandbox, which he “tucked carefully into a small area on the side of the yard.”

His children and other neighborhood children enjoyed the play set for several months, until he received a call from the subdivision’s builders, with the following message: take down the play set or face legal action.
